There
are times that I question my decisions, but I know that GOD has a plan for me,
and I thank HIM every day for my accomplishments. As I look at my third graders,
I ask GOD to help me guide them to learn, grow, mature, and prepare them for
their future education. Proverbs 4:13 tells us, “Take hold of instruction; do
not let go. Guard her, for she is your life.”
I
work hard at incorporating technology into just about every lesson. But as we
all know, learning a new program can be time consuming and a daunting task. This
course has given me so much confidence about learning new technology programs. As
a teacher, I know that I can learn it and teach it to my students. They may
even teach me a few things or two.
My
current objective and future plans are to learn technology programs that will
help my students understand and master new skills that are on their learning
level. I will sign up for professional development courses when they become
available. I will stay abreast of current journal articles that relate to
technology. I know that technology is a valuable and an important tool. As an
educator, I must pave the way for them to learn and understand new programs
that benefit them and their future success.
